We will be hearing from two KY Hygienists who took a path during their careers that led to non-profit and educational fields. They will provide insight into moments of enlightenment\, decision making\, professional development\, having to navigate change and where they are today.\n                                       \n> Learning Objectives: Identifying core competencies needed to create a roadmap for professional development; applying skills in real-world context and how to support a culture of lifelong learning. \n> Speaker Name and Bio: \n> 1) Lisa Johnston Arthur\, RDH  graduated from Lexington Technical College\, past chair of the Bluegrass Component\, Past President of the KYDHA and currently serves on the Kentucky Board of Dentistry\n                                         \n 2) Heather Cheek\, CDA\, B.Ed\, AS\, RDH\, M.Ed. graduated EKU in Education\, and Big Sandy Community and Technical College for her Dental Hygiene\, received her Masters in Education from EKU and serves as the BSCTC    Dental Hygiene\,      Community Dental Health Coordinator/Instructor. \n> Cost for course for a member: $20 and nonmember $30\, Dinner on your own.
